| April's meeting will be at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Sauerbrey (RedClayBrewer) on April the 25th starting at around 2:00 PM. The menu will include jambalaya and they have requested that we bring all the normal side items, munchies and deserts. Directions are as follows:

| BOURBON BARREL MEAD: The Bourbon Barrel Mead project kicked off without a hitch. I believe Steve-o may bring in a teaser for us to sample. Thanks to all who participated to make yet another Bourbon Barrel project a success. Additionally, if you have not paid for your share of the Bourbon Barrel Mead, please see Steve-o as soon as possible. |

| BIG BREW DAY: May 2nd is the third annual Big Brew Day at Brewboy's Barn. Say that ten times fast! This year we will be doing the Saison Du Mont recipe with the following participants n2dsky, PaleAle1, whaler94, bobbyc, untamedbeer, and Steve-o heading up the brew session. All participants need to get their money in to me as soon as possible. We have agreed on $23.00 per 5 gallons and each person is responsible for their own yeast and carboy. If some of you are not familiar with Big Brew Day you can read about it here. In addition to Steve-o and crew brewing up the Saison Du Mont, Urban and I will be brewing up a couple recipes on my rig which will include Toys In The Attic and our old standby favorite, Daddy Juice. So it looks to be a very productive Big Brew Day. |
